Large and very pleasant house in the heart of the countryside, perfect for a stay with a large family. Close to the beaches of Julouville, the port of Granville or even Mont Saint Michel. Thank you very much Sue for renting us your house for Xmas. We had a very good time with my family : lovely walks on the beach, Mont Saint Michel visit and great fires every night!
Gonzague Family
We returned from here last weekend....all of us so sad to leave. There were 10 of us, 6 adults, 4 children aged from 2 to 72 and we all loved it. The house is big enough to not feel cramped, lovely big bedrooms and enough bathrooms,. The kitchen is well equipped, dining room and living room were lovely..especially the living room. Spotlesly clean throughout. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and extra freezer in the garage. Then of course the icing on the cake....the pool. We were blessed with good weather for most of our stay, so it was used daily...we loved having it, a real bonus. This house and the whole set up is so great we didn't go anywhere for 3 days!! Not far to travel to the coast, Omaha Beach, Bayeaux ..really lots to do, Granville is well worth a visit.....one of the best holidays ever.

Big, airy comfortable rooms, fully equipped for cooking, washing, relaxing, privacy. Everything you'd need. I couldn't recommend staying at La Germainiere strongly enough and hope I can visit again soon.

We had a fabulous holiday. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Having the heated pool was brilliant as it meant the children could use it every day.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Wednesday market in Gavray and the fields of Guinea fowl. Climbed a million steps at Mont St Michel, ate far too much, loved and laughed in each others company. Golden Wedding Celebration with all the family including six grandchildren:
We have thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary celebrations in this lovely spacious, cosy and clean farmhouse. Lots of fun around the great swimming pool and a week did not give us enough time to explore all that is on offer locally. Bar L’Etang is well recommended, the staff are very friendly and the food is good. A lovely meal in one of Granville’s harbour restaurants (sole and sea bass was amazing!). Your home is lovely and felt like a home from home. We hope to come back one day!
